If you feel there is an issue with your Hem product or if something is missing, we are here to help!


Claims can be filed here.


For easy filing, you'll need the following:

  • Order number: E.g. WEB1000

  • Photos of the damaged item, exterior packaging, shipping and packaging labels

  • Article # / SKU of the product: E.g. 12345
    ​

Make sure to hold on to all packaging and product(s) while your claim is open.


We will respond to all submitted claims within the next 3–4 business days. If you need to get in touch sooner, please reach out to [email protected].

Please note: If goods and/or packaging are damaged upon receipt, the responsibility to accept the Order with reservation and to make a remark of this on the delivery note lies upon the recipient. Any damage or loss incurred during transport must be reported to Hem no later than 48 hours after receipt. If no reservations are noted on the waybill/POD/CMR or electronic PDA, we require the claim to be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
